1- Open all 4 images in Photoshop
2- I then used the Eliptical Marquee Tool to cut the the cd
3- Pasted cd layer on the notes background
4- Changed the colour of the CD
5- I then used the Majic Wand tool and pasted other layers to the image
6- I then gave it a title by using the Font option.
7- I then saved it as a .jpeg file.
